Below you will find the detailed description of the offered Mechatronic Technology training modules.

Control Technology – Pneumatic – Hydraulic:

Attributes and characteristics of pneumatic systems. Pneumatic operational areas. Advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic control systems. Structure and procedure of pneumatic task elements. Become acquainted with cylinders, valves and their graphical symbols. Control,- and measuring devices. Solve and work out problems. Design and development of basic control systems. Practical exercises. Selection of pneumatic elements. Structure of pneumatic control systems. System startup procedure. Functional check.

Electro Hydraulics:

Practical exercises. Construction of circuits and wiring diagrams. Autonomous startup procedure and concluding functional check. Systematic troubleshooting and maintenance of installations. Hydraulic: Basic hydraulic circuit arrangements. Characteristic curves of valves and components. Basic physical knowledge of hydraulics. Reading and designing of hydraulic circuit diagrams. Designing of sequence diagrams. Construction and startup procedure of control systems including troubleshooting.

Aircraft Technology – Practical Training Aircraft Maintenance Fundamentals

During this course TRAINICO enables the participants to prepare for admission to technical professions in aviation, as well as to jobs in general branches of the industry. The training focuses on practical skills required in metal processing and provides additional theoretical knowledge. Participation in this course is the unique opportunity to gain practical skills and experience on original aircraft components.

Mechanics Workshop, Electronics Lab, Riveting shop , etc. featuring:

GE CF6-50, various jet and piston aero-engines – Brake system B737NG, Wing A300B2 – Upper fuselage section A300 B2, airframe hull A320 – Fokker Engine nacelle incl. landing gear – Tail Cone A319 – Beechcraft A60 Duke

Contents:

Practical training, such as metal processing, mechanics, electric engineering, maintenance practices
Technical knowledge: such as DIN- norms (Standard of the German Industry), technical documentation, basics of mechanics and electric engineering, pc, basics of aviation
General knowledge: Physics, Maths, technical English
